Responsibilities
- Responsible for demand generation and strategic account management in the Architectural, Engineering and Design vertical market
- Develop & implement sales education programs
- Demonstrate understanding of the IBC/CBC Building Codes
- Build relationships with key decision makers at strategic architectural firms
- Identify growth opportunities and support top projects
- Bachelor’s degree (preference for specialization in related curricula), or high school/GED diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of architectural sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Door & Security Hardware industry
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to travel in territory (up to 50%)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
