Job Overview
The District Manager, Field Access and Reimbursement (DM) will lead and manage the reimbursement field team in a specified geographic district DM will coach and manage a Field Reimbursement Manager team responsible for calling on office personnel, ensuring optimal access, effective pull‑through, and educating on reimbursement services and program support in collaboration with the HUB services organization as it relates to the Regeneron product portfolio.
The DM will be responsible for the execution of reimbursement initiatives in the various therapeutic markets where the product is indicated and will work with internal and external partners to ensure optimal coverage within the defined customer base.
- Lead and manage the reimbursement field team.
- Coach the Field Reimbursement Manager team.
- Ensure optimal access, effective pull‑through, and education on reimbursement services.
- Execute reimbursement initiatives in designated therapeutic markets.
- Work with internal and external partners to ensure optimal coverage.
- Lead Regional and local strategy for payer and provider access with Sales and Access leadership teams.
- Develop and execute local tactical plans for all brand access initiatives.
- Actively engage with all field payer and access activities supporting the brand.
- Set measurable performance parameters and monitor performance against them.
- Collaborate and communicate with alliance partners to achieve brand goals and performance metrics.

- Location:
West District – California, Nevada, Nebraska, Kansas, Arizona, Salt Lake City, or Oklahoma.
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a field-based reimbursement or sales team preferred.
- Knowledge of CMS policies and processes with expertise in Part D (Pharmacy Benefit design and coverage policy).
- Knowledge of Managed Care, Government, and Federal payer sectors.
- Knowledge of Integrated Delivery Network/Integrated Health Systems.
- Previous 2–3 years of reimbursement or sales management or 5 or more years of successful sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in sales operations, sales training, marketing, and/or supply chain is a plus.
- Previous experience with Specialty Pharmaceutical / Biologics products or relevant indications.
- Ability to travel extensively over large geographic territories.
