Base Salary: $62,000 - $76,000 (depending on experience)
Annual Bonus Potential: 10% (eligibility based on company performance)
Plus a company car or a stipend to cover time on the road.

• Drive, not ride. With a dedication to service, our Sales team goes out and executes in the market, building relationships.
• Lead sales growth in the Central Valley (Stockton, CA) by building relationships with key retailers and distributors.
• Partner with retailers such as Walmart, Target, Savemart, Raley’s, Safeway, Win Co, Food 4 Less, and other regional accounts to focus sales efforts, study volumes, and identify opportunities beyond the shelf.
• Foster customer rapport—merchandize dry shelves and coolers and ensure all back‑stock areas are clean and organized.
• Develop strong relationships with regional distributors (Donaghy Sales, Valley Wide Beverage), establishing routine route rides, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating on incentive strategies.
• Build in‑store displays and maintain POS as needed.
• Recommend changes in pricing, products, services, distribution, merchandising equipment, and techniques by evaluating results and competitive trends.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times, notifying the immediate manager of any safety or quality issues.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum of one (1) year of sales experience, preferably in beverage.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strength and stamina: ability to lift and carry 35 lbs. repetitively and up to 75 lbs. occasionally, and push and pull up to 100 lbs. regularly.
• Role is safety‑sensitive; you will be responsible for your own safety and the safety of others when driving or working in a warehouse environment.
