Roofing Sales Rep

We give you 6 to 8 leads per day, every day.

• Experienced roofing sales reps shorten ramp time and protect company-provided leads with onsite verification visits in a hail-storm market
• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

• Day 30:
  Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6:
  Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$150K annualized)
• Year 1:
  Sitting in the top quartile of the team and being considered for leadership track

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Roofing sales rep with 2 to 3 years experience selling hail
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
