Position Summary
We are hiring a Territory Sales Executive (TSE) in Sacramento, CA and Reno, NV to sell CVS Specialty pharmacy services to physicians, clinics, hospitals and academic institutions in oncology, immunoglobulin, autoimmune and pulmonary hypertension disease states. The TSE will be the primary contact for providers, build relationships, and meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies for specialty pharmacy services.
- Educate healthcare professionals and manage a defined sales territory.
- Resolve customer issues and build strong relationships with key accounts and internal teams.
- Achieve sales performance goals and monitor medication management for specialty patients.
- 5+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy sales, pharmaceutical sales or related healthcare sales.
- Valid and current driver’s license.
- Reliable personal vehicle to meet travel and reimbursement requirements.
- Must reside within the Sacramento or Reno area and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays.
- Experience selling infused and injectable biologic or biosimilar products in complex disease states.
- Knowledge of buy‑and‑bill and medical plus pharmacy billing.
- Home nursing knowledge.
- Hospital or specialty division experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Experience with complex disease states.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Pay Range$83,050.00 – $ (annual salary).
