Brand Ambassador Manager

Responsibilities

• Travel 50-70% of the time to represent the brands at key industry events, tastings, and promotions.
• Drive sales by engaging with consumers, retailers, distributors, and restaurant professionals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand messaging aligns with campaigns.
• Lead educational sessions to enhance knowledge of products and how to pair them with food.
• Achieve measurable key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales and brand awareness metrics.
• Gather feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development.

• Extensive experience in brand ambassadorship, sales, or hospitality with a focus on premium or luxury brands.
• Must be an expert in the Willamette Valley, Santa Barbara and Burgundy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in achieving sales goals and KPIs in a high‑pressure environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50-70% of the time, often on weekends and evenings.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
