Technology Account Lead – Public Sector

• Build trusted client account relationships with Accenture and Microsoft stakeholders
• Work closely with Accenture Account Leadership on strategic business growth
• Develop and implement a relationship management plan for strategic, complex existing accounts
• Consult with customer representatives to identify required outcomes
• Develop prescribed solutions and generate new opportunities

• 7+ years of customer management and/or enterprise sales experience
• Demonstrated success in managing strategic client relationships
• 7+ years of validated ability to lead a multidisciplinary team in configuring and delivering complex Microsoft solutions
• Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack
• Foundational or higher-level Microsoft certifications strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience working with the required Industry verticals

Demonstrates expertise in managing strategic client relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex Microsoft solutions. Proven ability to develop and implement relationship management plans that drive business growth and generate new opportunities.
