South Key is looking for a Private Money Specialist in Southern California!
Compensation: $40,000 +Commission OTE $85-$105,000
Landspot is a boutique real estate investment firm expanding its enterprise division. Located in Southern California, we are committed to providing easy, simple, and effective real estate solutions.
We’re looking for a charismatic professional with a passion for relationship-building and a sharp eye for investment opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with private investors and cultivating long-term partnerships that drive business growth.
Responsibilities- Proactively connect with prospective clients both in person and over the phone
- Represent the firm at industry events, networking functions, and investor roadshows
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of investor interactions and deal progress throughout the sales pipeline
- Competitive hourly rate plus commission on net new business
- Comprehensive training and onboarding provided
- Opportunity to work closely with experienced leaders in the real estate development space
