Sales & Customer Analytics Co-op

• Gather data across a wide variety of platforms as needed
• Develop key reports to monitor business performance and key trends
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and proactively communicate with the team
• Support sales representatives in preparation for sales calls and special projects
• Support and organize resources required to support individual customers
• Support tools, processes, and resources for the Customer organization
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve current processes
• Complete meaningful work assignments providing practical work experience in sales and customer analytics

• BS/BA Degree
• Rising Sophomore (Completed Freshman Year), or Junior (Completed Sophomore Year)
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident status
• Ability to work in Oakland, CA;
  Pleasanton, CA;
  Durham, NC; or Bentonville, AR
• Analytical skills and decision making
• Strong project management capabilities
• Technical knowledge of key systems/tools, including IRI, BW, Siebel, Microsoft Excel, and Access
