• Set and achieve sales goals for in‑store and digital selling using selling tools, text, and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow clientele
• Provide confident, honest feedback on style and fit and deliver excellent customer service
• Support department tasks including filling orders, stocking, re‑merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open customer rewards accounts and use networking and technology to drive sales
• Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed

• Excellent communication and people skills with a self‑motivated, goal‑oriented approach
• Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals and engage customers
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and excel in a fast‑paced team environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to be active for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
