Senior Associate

• Seek new business opportunities through new account acquisition and/or penetration of new buyer hubs within existing accounts
• Support the team in delivering against assigned sales and activity targets within a defined territory
• Execute high-efficiency, high-volume prospecting to generate and qualify leads that feed the team’s pipeline
• Collaborate with lead generation, account managers, and other internal stakeholders to maximize joint sales efforts
• Offer day‑to‑day operational support to enable progress against sales targets
• Seek mentorship and coaching from experienced sales team members

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• No prior professional experience required; strong potential and interest in a future sales career
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Motivated, energetic, and eager to learn and grow within a sales environment
• Collaborative approach with ability to build strong working relationships across teams
