• Loves working with people and thrives in a team environment
• Has a helpful, upbeat attitude — lake life vibes only 😎
• Is comfortable learning product knowledge across hardware, outdoor gear, and seasonal items
• Can lift 30–50 lbs and is ready to stay active on the job
• Has retail or sales experience (a plus, but not required)

• Greet and assist customers with a smile
• Keep shelves stocked and displays looking great
• Learn about our products and help customers find what they need
• Jump in where needed — from running the register to loading up outdoor gear
