LESSO (Stock Code: 2128.HK) is a global leader in piping solutions. With over 40 years of steady growth, we have developed our business in multiple sectors, including piping systems, building materials and home furnishings, and new energy. In 2025, our sales revenue was USD 3.6 billion.

The Pathfinder Global Initiative is our flagship program to cultivate future international leaders of the company. It is helping us becoming a Global LESSO. Under the Initiative, we recruit enterprising young talents around the world, and train them in our global headquarters in Shunde, China, and our factories and sales offices around the country. Upon graduation from the program, they will be promoted to be sales managers in a foreign country, often in a city where we have yet to set up sales office.

In early 2024, before we started Pathfinder Global Initiative, LESSO had local sales teams in 20 cities across 10 countries outside China; today, our sales and marketing teams are based in over 150 cities across 60 countries outside China.

LESSO America Inc is headquartered in Corona, CA. We have six warehouses to serve the piping solution community around the country, in Philadelphia, PA;
Savannah, GA;
Orlando, FL;
Markham, IL;
Fort Worth, TX; and Victorville, CA. The Pathfinder Global Initiative is recruiting young talents from the cities within a four-hour drive from our warehouses.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States;
• Proficient in Chinese;
• Familiar with a metropolitan area in the US (“Your Metro Area”), preferably holding a degree from a university in this area;
• Eagerness to learn, capable of mastering the LESSO products in a short period of time;
• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of leveraging the Group’s resources to develop local business in Your Metro Area;
• Have the potential to lead LESSO’s operations in Your Metro Area and manage a local team of 10.

• To be trained in China for six weeks under the Pathfinder Global Initiative;
• Upon graduation from the program, return to Your Metro Area to be our sales manager.
• Visa sponsorship (including H-1B) is available for this role;
• Intriguing local opportunities of a rapidly growing global manufacturer.
