Territory Manager (San Diego or Orange County based) Geography:
West Coast
Key Hubs:California, Texas, Arizona
What You Will Do:
Sell water filtration products and solutions throughout Life Sciences Laboratories based on the West Coast. In this role you will be supporting the West Coast Channel Sales Managers selling in collaboration, through a key distributor and direct to customer. Both local and overnight travel will be required.
In This Role You Will:- Partner with and support internal channel sales reps to sell your specific portfolio.
- Partner with distributor sales representatives to sell products and solutions to end user.
- Identify key targets and conduct joint and individual sales calls to close business.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying product solutions, matching products to customer needs and minimizing competitive losses.
- Build and strategically manage relationships with new and existing customers
- Proven new business closer – 3+ years exceeding quota in hunter/new business development sales roles.
- Large territory expertise – Skilled in managing multi-state regions and prioritizing high-value targets
- Consultative seller – Adept at uncovering customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing.
- Self-driven & resilient – Thrives in autonomous, competitive environments.
- Knowledge of standard manufacturing and business tools, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to apply and articulate a customer value proposition
- Experience driving growth by collaborating with other team members internally & externally.
- Ability to translate technical product knowledge to both technical and non-technical customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or science.
- Salary and commission structure ( uncapped)
