OEM Sales Manager-Power Distribution Equipment

You'll own OEM sales strategy for a product line at the center of grid modernization. This is a great fit for someone who's worked in electrical distribution and wants a seat where they're setting the roadmap, not just executing someone else's. Ideal candidates are currently selling directly to electrical OEMs, or selling into those same OEM accounts through distributors such as Graybar, Rexel, Wesco, Sonepar, or Border States.

• Set and execute OEM sales strategy and budget across targeted market segments
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, utilities, engineering firms, and EPCs
• Gather market and customer intelligence to shape product direction
• Lead domestic and international sales reps toward shared targets
• Negotiate and close strategic agreements, then stay close through execution
• Own the forecast, monthly through annual
• Spot new customers, markets, and growth angles before your competitors do

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience selling engineered electrical products into power, utility, industrial, or OEM markets
• Real working knowledge of electrical distribution systems and equipment
• The ability to translate technical detail for both engineers and executives
• A self-directed, commercially driven mindset that thrives without a lot of hand-holding meaning no micromanagement
