Retail Sales Consultant

• Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor
• Guide customers through product and service options
• Create meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise
• Meet sales targets and earn commission through AT&T products and services
• Participate in community events
• Fill online orders
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work scheduled shifts between 9am-9pm, including weekends

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
• Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
• Flexibility and openness to change
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Ability to work 40 hours per week
• Must comply with protective and safe-distancing guidelines required by local and state authorities

Demonstrates strong consultative sales skills and the ability to build meaningful customer connections. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets while adhering to safety guidelines.
