Senior Wholesaler Concierge Desk Associate

• Provide one-on-one support for sales enablement programs, tools, and technologies
• Track and report key trends for Sales Intelligence, Sales Training, and Marketing stakeholders
• Manage requests and liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve complex or cross-functional problems
• Investigate technical issues, log cases accurately, and document resolutions
• Participate in organizational process improvement and root-cause problem solving
• Support the CE and webinar process with Events Planning and the Retirement Solutions Group
• Create and reconcile reports
• Research and troubleshoot systems and sales tool issues
• Support new-user onboarding and training
• Coordinate with Corporate IT and Salesforce COE to ensure systems access for onboarding sales employees
• Gather stakeholder needs and refine, enhance, and simplify the wholesaler experience
• Pilot, test, and demonstrate Salesforce and other sales enablement solutions
• Maintain knowledge of enablement programs, sales tools, technologies, and integrations
• Coach and train peers
• Develop and document training guides and videos with Sales Training
• Implement process efficiencies and streamline Salesforce and sales tools
• Provide guidance on building Salesforce reports in collaboration with Sales Intelligence

• Advanced knowledge of sales enablement tools, processes, and technologies, including Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, Business Planning Dashboard, NBA, Seismic, territory management, Cvent, PL websites, Ensight, PPT, and Lifeline
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and align internal resources
• Strong focus on customer experience and attention to detail
• Strong business acumen and ability to create efficient and repeatable processes and controls
• Analytical and technical mindset for troubleshooting and evaluating issues
• Resourceful with ability to tackle difficult questions/issues with minimum supervision
• Effective written communication to explain complex concepts and processes
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales enablement systems experience in a Financial Services environment, preferably with Life or Annuities experience
• FINRA Series 6/7 Required
• FINRA 63, Life Insurance and/or Variable Products license Preferred
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Economics or Finance, or equivalent Financial Industry experience

Demonstrates advanced knowledge of sales enablement tools and processes, particularly Salesforce, while effectively supporting onboarding, training, and stakeholder engagement. Exhibits strong analytical skills and business acumen to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience in a Financial Services environment.
