The Area Director of Sales is a highly self-motivated and results-driven individual, with the ability to balance strategic sales planning and hands‑on selling across multiple properties. They thrive in an environment where they are directly responsible for generating revenue, building key client relationships, and maximizing market share across all properties.

• Maintain strong backyard sales presence in the markets you represent
• Conduct sales activities to maintain relationships with key accounts to generate
• Qualify demand generating accounts for your assigned area
• Proactively and aggressively solicit new business
• Review monthly STAR reports for hotels in your assigned area and create action plans as needed or assigned
• Communicate with Revenue Management to ensure pricing is appropriate and adjust selling strategies as needed
• Recruit, direct, manage, train, and counsel sales team
• Requires excellent communication skills
