Business Development Manager - Industrial Water Services

Our client is a growing provider of industrial water treatment and environmental solutions serving customers across a variety of industrial markets.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities with industrial customers across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. This role requires a consultative sales professional who can leverage technical knowledge and commercial expertise to grow revenue and expand market presence.

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy across targeted industrial markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at industrial facilities, EPC firms, consulting engineers, and contractors.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
• Maintain an active pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Conduct site visits, customer presentations, and technical sales discussions.
• Collaborate with operations, project management, safety, and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Present business opportunities and growth initiatives to leadership.

• 5+ years of business development or sales experience.
• Experience developing new business and managing large accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.

• Industrial services or environmental services sales experience.
• Existing network within Gulf Coast industrial markets.
