Regional Business Director leading the US Oncology sales team focused on hematology, responsible for developing regional sales strategies, recruiting, coaching, and developing Oncology Account Managers in the West region (California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Hawaii).
ObjectivesObjectives include exceeding sales goals, fostering customer relationships, and implementing value-based selling and digital engagement.
Responsibilities- Team management.

- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
- 8+ years pharma/biotech sales experience with at least 3 years in Oncology, preferably hematology.

- Proficiency in MS Office and Veeva Engage.
- Ability to navigate complex accounts.
