We are seeking an early-career Chemist I to support laboratory operations, method development, and analytical problem-solving in a fast-paced technical environment. This role involves hands-on laboratory work, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and operational success.

• Perform analytical testing and support method development and validation
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and production challenges using advanced analytical techniques
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and data integrity standards
• Maintain and support laboratory equipment, including selection, validation, and maintenance
• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and testing methodologies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of lab operations and testing accuracy

• Master's degree or higher in Chemistry or related field
• Experience with analytical instrumentation (e.g., gas chromatography, ICP, X-ray, sulfur/nitrogen analyzers)
• Knowledge of scientific method development, validation, and data analysis
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and sound judgment

• Experience reviewing and improving scientific methods and standards
• Background in method development vs. equipment-only roles
• Ability to interpret data, run simulations, and validate results
