Laboratory Analyst – Environment Testing, Earth City, MO

• Full‑time, year round
• 1st shift
• Compensation: USD 18–20 per hour (DOE) plus benefits
• Must live within commutable distance to Earth City, MO

• Demonstrate and promote the company vision.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Apply GMP/GLP and EHS/QA standards.
• Perform routine laboratory tasks: sample preparation, chemical analysis, data calculation, recording, routine instrument maintenance.
• Conduct instrument maintenance and general housekeeping.
• Work under close supervision, following standard procedures.
• Aliquot and weigh samples, wash glassware, and perform all activities safely.
• Participate in teamwork, meetings, and develop time‑management skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate of Science in Chemistry or related field.
• Experience in an environmental laboratory is a plus.
• 1–2 years of preparation or analytical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional working proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of organic preparation, metals preparation, GC, GC/MS, radio chemistry, wet chemistry, high‑ and low‑resolution methods.
• Ability to learn complex instrumentation (GC, GC‑MS, ICP, etc.).
• Excellent organization, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Detail oriented, multitasking abilities, and adaptability.
• Computer skills; experience with LIMs software is an advantage.
• Ability to perform basic math and lift up to 25 lbs frequently, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction.
