Shipping Technician -Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater West, Pomona, CA

Sample Receiving-Shipping Technician – EUROFINS EATON ANALYTICAL, the largest potable water testing laboratory in the US, is hiring at its Pomona, CA Laboratory. The Technician will manage the shipment of all samples and bottle kits into and out of the laboratory, maintain documentation and tracking procedures, communicate turnaround times and issues with Project Managers, receive and restock supplies, ensure housekeeping in warehouse areas, maintain the department in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), provide input for process improvements, and assist with training new employees.

• Prepare bottle kits daily for client sample collection and return for analysis.
• Forward samples to other laboratories for tests not performed on-site.
• Maintain and organize the department daily to promote a clean and safe work environment.
• Ship empty coolers back to clients and other laboratories as needed.
• Stock supplies daily and conduct inventory to maintain proper levels.

• High School Diploma or equivalent;
  College Degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Explorer, Excel, Word); database experience a plus.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English, including reading, writing and speaking.

Full‑time role, Monday to Friday, 6:00 am – 2:00 pm with overtime and weekends as needed.

Compensation Range: $19 – $24.70 per hour (DOE).
