Unarmed Security Consultant (Vehicle/Foot Patrol) INDEPENDENT SUBCONTRACTOR. MONDAY - SUNDAY. UPDATED ON OCTOBER 24, 2024 AT 2401H (12:01AM).

18-month contract details vary by weekly hours, with different pay amounts as noted below.

35 hour contract = 18 month contract ($700.00).
30 or less hour contract = 18 month contract ($20.50).

An 18-month contract is required.

• An Unarmed Security Consultant vendor s responsibilities include vehicle patrolling and monitoring a given location (such as a job site, property, etc.). You must have your vehicle for this position.
• Open availability.
• Place warning stickers/tickets on unauthorized vehicles and vehicles in violation.
• Report via email all damages, suspicious activity, property issues, illegal dumping, and other concerns; safely detour negative activity on the property; inspect sprinkler/electric rooms; take photos and attach to emails; report potholes and detours to prevent damages to the property.
• Other requirements are explained in detail.

• The independent contractor must have their own vehicle and valid full coverage insurance to complete the assignments with an LLC.
• Read and understand the English language.
• The independent contractor must have a valid driver s license and a cell phone.
• Own work email and be email literate.
• Insurance required; proof of declaration documents required.
• Security License/Security Badge.
• Professionalism and forthcoming honesty.

• Weekly pay.
• $700.00 take-home pay (A.Q.).
• 35 hours weekly.
• Pay dates are Sundays/Mondays.
• Independent contractor must submit detailed invoices weekly.
• Pay rate increase negotiable.
• Independent contractor must have their own tools for the job.
