• Day Shift: 0600 - 1400
• Swing Shift: 1400 - 2200
• Graveyard Shift: 2200 - 0600

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation

• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed
• Answering phones and Vision Phone usage
• Walking patrols
• Checking in trucks
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months
• Above average computer/technology skills
• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills
• Remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
• Respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
• Ability to work 40 hours the first 30 days of training
• Ability to complete long distance walking patrols that include stairs; long distance patrols can be split up
• Set up for long periods of time
