$19.00 per hour

Part‑time position; weekend and holiday availability required. Must be available for 12‑hour shifts on weekends and submit 30‑day advance availability. Ideal candidate has prior experience in security or customer service fields.

Officers who are available and present for every shift they commit to during the quarter are eligible for a $100 Quarterly Perfect Attendance Bonus.

• Gatehouse – Access control; greet and /guests, log vehicles, announce visitors
• Front Desk – Customer service, access control, CCTV monitoring, package distribution, visitor announcements

• Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner
• Manage guest/visitor access and eject trespassers or violators when necessary
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
• Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor arrivals
• Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures
• Monitor or detect suspicious behavior to prevent vandalism, theft, or other criminal activity
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
• Patrol internal and external perimeter to identify potential safety and security risks
• Warn violators of infractions (e.g., loitering, smoking, prohibited items)
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms, or emergencies such as fire, injuries, or unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
• Identify and report any safety or security concerns in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)
• Enforce all rules/regulations consistently
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• At least 21 years of age or older
• High school degree or equivalent
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain a valid state security license
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum one year of customer service experience or one year of security experience
• Must pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug)
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as crawling, crouching, climbing stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking for extended periods
