Concierge Security Officer

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The role requires a TWIC card, a current security license, and a valid driver’s license.

  Monday‑Friday 8:00 am–4:00 pm (40 hours per week)

• Answer and route incoming calls from the site’s switchboard promptly and professionally.
• Welcome and process all employees, contractors, and visitors entering the facility.
• Assist with organizing, processing, and electronically filing security department records and logs.
• Issue, update and verify access badges.
• Monitor, track, and report security-related activities as required.
• Verify that all individuals entering through the lobby have site‑issued badges and comply with TWIC requirements.
• Communicate security protocols clearly and provide professional assistance when needed.
• Train security officers assigned to the receptionist post.
• Receive and distribute items delivered to the lobby.
• Handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining reputation and professionalism.
• Demonstrate courteous and professional conduct at all times.
• Maintain required training and participate in periodic testing to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent documentation.
• Successful completion of an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient with basic phone and computer skills.
• Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred.
• Possess a state license if required.

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment has been extended.
