Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Monitor access points and help control entry and exit for employees, contractors, visitors, and/or delivery personnel by checking identification, credentials, and authorized access status;
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including entrances, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter zones;
Help to deter unauthorized access, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity by maintaining awareness of site operations, observing movement of people and vehicles, and reporting concerns in a timely manner
