Position

Unarmed Security Officer – 1st Shift

Location:

Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Missouri – 100 Cherry Blossom Way, Troy, MO 63379

Shift: Friday & Saturday 5:00 am – 1:00 pm;
Sunday 5:00 am – 5:00 pm (28 hours). Monday through Thursday off.

Pay: $18.50 per hour.

Benefits:
Perfect Attendance Bonus – $100 quarterly for completion of all scheduled shifts.

Preferred Experience:

Security or customer‑service experience.

• Acknowledge and greet residents and guests promptly and courteously.
• Manage guest/visitor access and remove trespassers or violators.
• Verify credentials of individuals and vehicles.
• Document and maintain visitor logs and notify residents of arrivals.
• Assist in protecting personnel and equipment while enforcing policies.
• Detect suspicious behavior to prevent vandalism, theft, or other criminal activity.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Patrol perimeter (interior or exterior) to identify safety and security risks.
• Warn violators of infractions such as loitering, smoking, or possessing prohibited items.
• Respond to distress calls, alarms, or emergencies (fire, injuries, unauthorized persons) by contacting first responders.
• Report safety, security breaches, or unusual circumstances promptly.
• Submit required documents and reports accurately and on time.
• Ensure all rules and regulations are enforced and followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• At least one year of customer‑service experience.
• At least one year of security experience preferred, though not required.
• Must pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug).
• Physical requirements:
  
  occasional crawling, crouching, climbing, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking for extended periods.
