Resolve theft by using good judgment and conducting apprehensions in high shrinkage areas while adhering to policy;
Lead security audits and shrinkage awareness efforts within the store;
Prepare and submit reports for high-profile incidents, merchandise recoveries, investigations, and safety incidents;
Support the security of physical spaces and respond to security incidents and emergencies;
Build cross-functional partnerships with store leaders and local law enforcement
