, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a premier commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

• Mon: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Tue: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Sat: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Sun: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe lobby and exterior activity, and assist with directing visitors, deliveries, and/or contractors in accordance with property procedures.
• Support property operations by communicating with onsite contacts, following post orders, and reporting hazards, disturbances, and/or policy violations in a timely manner.

• At least 2 years of security-related experience are required.
• Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
