Flex Security Officer (Full‑time)

Location:

Lake Ozark, MO

Wage: $18.50/HR

Schedule:

• Fri & Sat: 06:00–16:00
• Sun: 13:30–20:30
• Mon: 13:00–22:30

Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises, including access control and patrolling multiple sites.
• Maintain order and enforce regulations for personnel, visitors, and area.
• Resolve conflicts and de‑escalate tense situations.
• Interact frequently with client employees and guests, providing customer service and information.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Follow post orders and complete assigned rounds.
• Use technology devices throughout the shift.
• Perform heavy foot patrols of the property.
• Carry out any specific tasks and duties assigned to the site.

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Above‑average computer/technology skills.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift.
• Professional demeanor.
• Rapid and effective judgment in emergencies and appropriate escalation.
• Willingness to participate in pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Alert, observant, responsible, and dependable.
