Housing Monitor

C&S Employment Solutions seeks a Housing Monitor to support a residential facility by ensuring a safe, orderly, and compliant environment for residents. In this role, you will monitor housing areas, conduct routine walkthroughs, enforce facility rules, and document incidents accurately. You will assist residents with basic needs, provide clear communication of policies, and escalate safety or behavioral concerns to supervisors as needed.

Working within a people-centered, professional team, you'll help maintain cleanliness, security, and documentation standards while contributing to a supportive, stable living environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor housing facility and common areas for safety and order
• Enforce facility rules and policies consistently and fairly
• Conduct regular walkthroughs and safety checks of units and common spaces
• Document incidents, observations, and resident interactions accurately
• Assist residents with basic needs, questions, and information about policies
• Report safety, maintenance, or behavioral concerns to supervisors promptly
• Support intake, curfew, and sign-in/sign-out procedures
• Help maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep standards in shared areas
• Collaborate with staff to address resident issues and coordinate responses
• Follow emergency and crisis response procedures as required
