Lumix Electrical, Inc. is hiring experienced Commercial and Industrial Electricians—Journeyman-level, Leads, and Foremen—to join our high-performing team in Rogersville, MO. • Install, maintain, and support commercial and industrial electrical systems
• Perform daily tasks independently with high efficiency and attention to safety
• Run and install raceways including EMT, Rigid, and PVC (½”–4”)
• Bend conduit using hand, electric, hydraulic benders, and hot boxes
• Execute panel installations, lighting systems, and power distribution layouts
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and components
• Conduct routine system maintenance to ensure reliability and performance
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Adhere to NEC standards and local/state/national codes
• Follow strict PPE and lockout/tagout safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
• Collaborate with other trades and project teams to meet job timelines
• Operate testing equipment for system diagnostics
• Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and compliance updates

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
• Journeyman Electrician license (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Ability to commute or relocate to Springfield, MO metro area
• Strong understanding of NEC and jobsite safety practices
• Experience with hand and power tools, testing equipment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Crew leadership or foreman experience
• Working knowledge of PLCs, controls, VFDs, and soft starts
• Comfortable working at heights with proper safety equipment
• Physical ability to perform construction-related tasks (bending, lifting, climbing)
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (per diem included)
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer literacy (email, documentation, etc.)

• $28.00+/hour (DOE)
