Lumix Electrical, Inc. is hiring experienced Commercial and Industrial Electricians—Journeyman-level, Leads, and Foremen—to join our high-performing team in Rogersville, MO. Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and support commercial and industrial electrical systems
- Perform daily tasks independently with high efficiency and attention to safety
- Run and install raceways including EMT, Rigid, and PVC (½”–4”)
- Bend conduit using hand, electric, hydraulic benders, and hot boxes
- Execute panel installations, lighting systems, and power distribution layouts
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and components
- Conduct routine system maintenance to ensure reliability and performance
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Adhere to NEC standards and local/state/national codes
- Follow strict PPE and lockout/tagout safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
- Collaborate with other trades and project teams to meet job timelines
- Operate testing equipment for system diagnostics
- Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and compliance updates
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
- Journeyman Electrician license (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability to commute or relocate to Springfield, MO metro area
- Strong understanding of NEC and jobsite safety practices
- Experience with hand and power tools, testing equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Crew leadership or foreman experience
- Working knowledge of PLCs, controls, VFDs, and soft starts
- Comfortable working at heights with proper safety equipment
- Physical ability to perform construction-related tasks (bending, lifting, climbing)
- Willingness to travel up to 25% (per diem included)
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer literacy (email, documentation, etc.)
- $28.00+/hour (DOE)
- Weekly pay

Overtime and weekend availability as needed
