Overview

Maintenance Technician at Real Property Management Metro Boston in Platte City, MO. Pay range: $20-$28 per hour. You will provide a great resident experience by keeping properties looking great and working well, which could include pools, landscaping, exercise equipment, appliances, heating and cooling systems, overhead doors, and lighting, among other tasks. Individual apartments will need repairs, painting, and cleaning between tenants and during residency to ensure the property shines.

Responsibilities As a Maintenance Technician
  • Property Maintenance – provide maintenance work including: general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; light groundskeeping; light appliance installation/maintenance; trash/large object disposal; pool maintenance, and more.
  • Customer Service – front line service, maintain professional appearance and positive interactions with residents; a smile is part of the uniform.
  • Work Order Assessment – inspect a property during visits to identify additional improvements that can enhance resident satisfaction and inform property owners.

  • You are punctual and honest.
  • Familiarity with maintenance or trade work (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc) is a plus!
Job Requirements
  • Experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.
Benefits & Pay

Compensation for the Maintenance Technician position is a base pay of $XX.XX/hour [plus an incentive structure based on billable hours.]
