Maintenance Technician - Terra West

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Fenton, Mo. Apartment maintenance or equivalent trade experience is preferred but not required. HVAC Certification also preferred but not required.

Team members must be reliable with an eye for detail and technical skills, knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, general repairs, small appliances etc.

Pay commensurate with experience.

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role not required but beneficial.
• High school diploma;
  Degree from a vocational school would be a plus.
• Ability to take after hours on‑call emergencies (in a rotation of approx. every 6 weeks on a regular basis – includes a bonus incentive.)
• All candidates are subject to background checks and drug screening.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
