Service Technician

This position is vital part of our Food Equipment Division. Service Tech will service, install, troubleshoot equipment at Company location, and at customer locations. Taking care of the customers is vital in this role.

• 3-5 years’ experience as a service technician/maintenance
• Mechanical/Electrical/Pneumatic and Fabrication Skills, Including TIG Welding
• Experience in repair and installation of equipment
• Ability to Read Blueprints
• Problem Solving
• Attention to Detail
• Experience in operating Powered Industrial Trucks
• Ability to travel throughout the US and be on call anytime.
• Available to work overtime, weekends and holidays based on customer requirements.
• Experience dealing with customers
• Microsoft Office Skills
• Ability to work in Hot/Cold Environments
• Measuring Tool experience
• Class E Driver’s License

• Take customer calls for replacement parts and troubleshooting/diagnosing issues with equipment.
• Communicate between customers, operations, and management.
• Place orders for stock parts to keep inventory levels.
• Submit work orders.
• Manage and direct Road Crew while on site.
• Coordinate with Customer Representatives while on job site.
• Participate and work on R&D Projects
• Make service calls as needed.
• Schedule and Co-ordinate Service Calls.
• Ensure all tools and parts required for jobs are in job box/trailer prior to starting service/installation calls.
• Perform Routine Maintenance on equipment.
• Install and test products
• Train at customer site on the proper usage of equipment.
• Submit weekly activity reports and fill out expense reports.
• Support Sales team to co-ordinate demonstrations with customers.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
