Salary: $20‑$45 per hour; commensurate with experience.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling multiple service and repair jobs for a variety of customers.

• Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring and lighting systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair apartment power outages.
• Service commercial facilities, meter packs, disconnects, fuses, panels, circuit breakers, voltage up to 480 V, single phase & three phase, grounded B phase, transformers, motors, fans, standby generators and control wiring.
• Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturer’s installation manuals to complete assigned projects.
• Inspect, test and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and components.
• Perform work in compliance with current National Electrical Code, state and local building regulations.
• Maintain accurate digital records/pictures of work performed and materials used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Supervise and share knowledge with apprentices.

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Completion of an electrical program at a technical or trade school preferred.
• Eight or more years experience in the electrical trade.
• Above‑average comfort level with technology.
• Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Broad knowledge of NEC and the electrical industry as a whole.
• Ability to properly use a voltmeter, amps, ohms and wire tracers.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional, positive relationships with both customers and coworkers.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and live in the Greater St. Louis area.
