Position OverviewAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling multiple service and repair jobs for a variety of customers.

- Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring and lighting systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair apartment power outages.
- Service commercial facilities, meter packs, disconnects, fuses, panels, circuit breakers, voltage up to 480 V, single phase & three phase, grounded B phase, transformers, motors, fans, standby generators and control wiring.
- Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturer’s installation manuals to complete assigned projects.
- Inspect, test and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and components.
- Perform work in compliance with current National Electrical Code, state and local building regulations.
- Maintain accurate digital records/pictures of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Supervise and share knowledge with apprentices.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Completion of an electrical program at a technical or trade school preferred.
- Eight or more years experience in the electrical trade.
- Above‑average comfort level with technology.
- Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Broad knowledge of NEC and the electrical industry as a whole.
- Ability to properly use a voltmeter, amps, ohms and wire tracers.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional, positive relationships with both customers and coworkers.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and live in the Greater St. Louis area.
