We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential HVAC Journeyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to safety and customer service.

• Install, maintain, and repair residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems according to specifications and codes.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, including thermostats, compressors, and ductwork.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain HVAC system issues and recommend solutions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and practices while on the job.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, services provided, and parts used.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC program or apprenticeship is preferred.
• Current HVAC Journeyman license or certification (as required by state or local regulations).
• Minimum of [10 years] of experience in residential HVAC installation and repair.
