Lead Installer / Crew Lead (Growth Opportunity) – Full-Time | Maryland Heights, MO

We’re a fast-growing, family-owned business looking for a hands‑on Crew Lead to run small installation teams and help deliver high‑quality screen porch projects.

This is a working leadership role—you’ll lead jobs, solve problems on‑site, and work alongside your team to get the job done right.

• Lead a 1–3 person crew on residential screen installation jobs
• Install and repair porch and window screens (we will train you)
• Problem‑solve on‑site issues
• Keep jobs moving efficiently while maintaining high quality
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Support shop organization, materials, and occasional deliveries

Experience

• Hands‑on experience in construction, carpentry, or mechanical/technical work (automotive, equipment, assembly, or similar)
• Comfortable using basic tools and working with your hands
• Ability to problem‑solve and figure things out when things don’t go as planned
• Experience leading others is a plus (work, sports, etc.)
