What You’ll Be Doing Residential/Commercial Plumbing Service & Installation Perform residential/commercial plumbing diagnostics, service, repair, and installation work, including:
Water heater repair and installation (tank & tankless)
Boiler repair and replacement
Sewer camera inspections and diagnostics
Drain cleaning and stoppage troubleshooting
Main sewer line repairs and replacements
Leak detection and plumbing repairs
Repipes and water distribution work
Sump pumps and fixture installations
Emergency plumbing service calls
Residential and light commercial service work General Plumbing Menor junior technicians and helpers
You’ll be expected to diagnose plumbing issues accurately, recommend safe and code-compliant solutions, and deliver high-quality workmanship with professionalism.
Customer Communication & Solution-Based Recommendations Build trust with homeowners through clear communication
Educate customers on plumbing system conditions and available options
Present repair vs. replacement solutions professionally and ethically
Identify opportunities for long-term plumbing improvements
Deliver a high-end customer experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking ForRequired7+ years of residential plumbing experience
Strong service plumbing background
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
Ability to communicate confidently with homeowners
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong professionalism and work ethic
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture
Preferred
Experience with sewer line work and camera inspections
Boiler experience
Experience in presenting repair and replacement options
Leadership or mentoring experience
Interest in growing into sales, estimating, or leadership roles
