Renewal by Andersen is looking to partner with 1099 Installers! Are you seeking a 1099 opportunity with a reputable company in the St. Louis area?
To ensure success as an independent contractor, you should possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Ultimately, an outstanding Independent Contractor will produce high‑quality work with minimal supervision.

- All materials needed for the job are provided.
- Our Installer Council, made up of active Installers, works with us to ensure we have the best labor rates in the area.
- High quality products and premium materials.
- Great partnership with General, Operations, and Installation Managers and also Warehouse Support to help ensure your success.
- 20% increase on rates for weekend jobs.
- Must provide General Liability, Workman’s Comp, and Auto Insurance.
- Need to be EPA certified for Lead safe jobs. Not certified yet? No worries. We will schedule you a class and help get you certified.
- Background checks are required for all team members working on a site.
- Job site trailer and tools. An enclosed trailer is preferred.
