We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Concrete Finisher / Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in forming, placing, and finishing concrete, along with general carpentry skills in an industrial construction setting. This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive job site.

• Set forms for concrete structures including slabs, footings, walls, and other surfaces.
• Place, level, and finish concrete using hand and power tools.
• Perform finishing techniques such as screeding, floating, troweling, and edging.
• Construct and install formwork and falsework according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
• Follow all company and site‑specific safety procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with supervisors and crew members to complete projects efficiently.

• 2–5 years of experience in concrete finishing and/or carpentry in an industrial or commercial setting.
• Valid TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card.
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol tests.
• Basic Plus certification required; candidates without certification must obtain it within the first week of employment.
• Completion of site safety training within the first week of employment.
• Strong understanding of concrete placement, finishing techniques, and formwork.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Experience with industrial concrete projects.
• Knowledge of rebar placement and layout.
• Ability to operate power tools and construction equipment safely.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
