Commercial HVAC Service Technician - North Louisiana

Qualifications:

An Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a Technical/Trade School with a Certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning is beneficial

This position requires strong technical aptitude and a solid work ethic

Factory training provided

Duties include preventive maintenance, and servicing of commercial HVAC systems including, chillers, VRV systems, boilers, pumps, and associated equipment and controls

Start up and commissioning on new HVAC equipment including, chillers, VRV systems, boilers, pumps, and associated equipment and controls

Communication with other technicians, engineers, managers and clients

• Full time position/40 hours guaranteed each week
• Paid bi-weekly/overtime as needed
• Performance based incentive plan
• 1 to 3 weeks of vacation per year as tenure increases
• Additional PTO – 4 hours each month after 90 days’ employment
