Maintenance TechnicianMonarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our River Chase Apartments in Florissant, MO. We offer competitive pay, outstanding benefits, and a supportive team environment.
What We Offer- Industry-Competitive Pay: $22.00–$26.00/hour (based on experience)
- Quarterly Maintenance Bonuses: Up to $3,000 annually
- On-Call Pay: $100 per week—whether you’re called in or not!

- Completing work orders promptly based on priority
- Turning and making apartments move-in ready between resident occupancy
- Painting/staining (interior and exterior)
- HVAC maintenance and repair (EPA certification preferred)
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs (e.g., copper pipe sweating, outlets, switches, light fixtures, refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers)
- Maintaining property grounds and common areas
- Performing preventive maintenance
- Keeping a clean, organized maintenance shop
- Participating in the 24/7 on-call rotation with other team members
- 1+ years’ experience in maintenance
- EPA Certification preferred (for HVAC work)
- HVAC Certification and CPO Certification are a plus!
- Proficiency in drywall repair, painting, and carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Water heater experience (both electric and gas)
