We are expanding and are currently seeking a highly motivated professional Lead Craftsman with skills in multiple trades.

• Manage and mentor other team members
• Oversee large‑scale projects
• Act as a player‑coach in full‑service kitchen remodels
• Manage projects and teams effectively
• Ensure tasks are completed in a timely, professional manner

• Talented, multi‑skilled craftsman committed to quality work in both residential and commercial settings
• Strong will to complete all tasks assigned
• Independent thinker with strong problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers
• Ability to manage and mentor team members, and oversee large‑scale projects

• Carpentry, cabinet installation, trim carpentry, framing, and drywall
• Light electrical and plumbing
