Join Our Team as a Skilled Plumbing Technician!

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled plumbing technician to provide exceptional service in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Diagnosing issues in plumbing systems and recommending appropriate repairs or replacements.

Installing plumbing systems and equipment, including valves, fittings, and pipes.

Performing maintenance on water and gas systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.

Testing for leaks to guarantee functionality and safety standards.

Managing plumbing supply inventory in your vehicle, including ordering and verifying receipts.

Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order by following established procedures.

Upholding safety protocols and ensuring your work environment is safe.

Taking on additional tasks as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: At least 2 years in hands-on plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair.
Technical

Skills:

Strong ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
Knowledge: Familiarity with plumbing codes and regulations.
Tools: Experience using pipe cutters, threaders, and various soldering tools.
Problem-Solving: Aptitude for diagnosing plumbing issues and offering effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for customer interaction.
Physical Requirements: Must be physically fit for demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and navigating tight spaces.
Customer-Oriented: A proven history of delivering outstanding customer service.
Technology

Skills:

Familiarity with mobile apps and work management software.
Teamwork: Ability to lead and collaborate with team members and apprentices.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and respond to emergency calls.
Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean record and at least 3 years of driving experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will hold an active Journeyman Plumbing License, with additional certifications such as backflow prevention and gas piping as a plus.

Physical Demands:

This role involves tasks such as lifting (weights vary), climbing ladders, accessing attics, crawling in tight spaces, and working in various environments including indoor, outdoor, attics, and crawlspaces, while exposed to different weather conditions.
