Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Maintain and repair equipment including:
  • Roll formers, press brakes, folding machines, and shears
  • CNC routers, fiber lasers, and robotic plasma systems
  • Welders, plasma cutters, and torches
  • Forklifts, cranes, yard truck, and trailers
• Assist with facility maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Respond to equipment breakdowns in a timely manner
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Accurately document maintenance activities
• Work collaboratively with production teams to support operational needs
• Willingness to work nights/ weekends when required
• Performs other duties as assigned

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Basic ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Manufacturing experience preferred (metal fabrication a plus)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in industrial environments for extended periods
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when required
