We are seeking an experienced and highly self-motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team and expand our building maintenance capabilities!

Job Summary

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will focus primarily on building maintenance, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment for occupants and visitors. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail-oriented, and experienced in general building systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, general facility upkeep, and equipment maintenance as part of a general maintenance technician role. This role is on 1st shift:
Monday through Friday, 6:30AM to 3:00PM.

What You'll Do
  • Equipment and Facility Maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair minor issues involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, doors, locks, and fixtures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout all projects and daily operations.
  • Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment.
  • Maintain interior and exterior appearance of facilities.
  • Assist with painting, drywall repair, flooring repairs, and general carpentry.
  • Monitor and maintain safety standards throughout the property.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed.
  • Maintain maintenance logs, inventory, and related documentation.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and maintenance areas remain organized and safe.
What Success Looks Like
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required.
  • Professional certifications are a plus.
  • 2+ years of building or facility maintenance experience, preferred.
  • General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
  • Basic understanding of carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring repair.
  • General knowledge of building safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, manuals, and basic blueprints.
