Restoration Technician

C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, temp-to-hire Restoration Technician in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Restoration Technician: $17/hr.;
Monday-Friday 8 a.m.

-5 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• inspect, monitor, and complete tasks to ensure completion of drying, demolition, and other various restoration duties
• perform water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation repair as directed to include water extraction, pack-out of contents, removal/disposal of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, light construction, and demolition
• set up and monitor drying equipment
• may perform and supervise other services we offer including cleaning duties (i.e. construction cleaning, fire/smoke/odor cleaning, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, duct cleaning, etc)
• complete assigned job tasks according to company processes while maintaining quality control on each job
• responsible for on-job documentation through company applications and any other necessary paperwork which may include monitoring jobs and utilizing company software application, taking photos before, during, and completion photos on jobs

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Clean background
• Basic computer and phone/tablet knowledge
• Experience in restoration, construction, maintenance or related field preferred
• Ability to work well independently as well as with a team and possess critical thinking skills
• Good customer service skills and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to follow product label usage instructions
• Ability to utilize ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Ability to wear PPE on hazardous jobs (Tyvek suit, respirator, gloves, etc.)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis, and occasionally 100 pounds with assistance
